Much thanks to Debbie for helping me to locate an order on a set of speakers that I never received. It turns out that it was lost by the USPS! She was able to re-ship via UPS so that I should receive it in only two days. I can't wait to see & hear them In my new living room!

Parts Express is awesome!!! I have been getting loudspeaker parts and supplies there for 40 years. They have everything you can imagine for speaker and electronics projects of any kind. The products are state of the art and prices are always competitive. The Factory Buyout section has sale items you can't find anywhere else. I've found some unbelievable deals there over the years. I highly recommend Parts Express. Their customer service and technical support people are the best. Anytime I have project questions or need help with an order, they always do their very best to solve my problem. Since I live in central KY, they ship fast from Dayton, OH and I get my orders very quick. Especially if I order early in the morning. 5 stars and more. Thank you, Parts express.

Good quality service I just wanted to express my appreciation for the level of service I've gotten from Parts Express on my first orders with them. I wanted to make changes to an order and they accommodated me in a way that more than took care of my needs. Also unfortuantely one package appeared to get lost by UPS, but when I replied to the sales confirmation email asking about it, they very rapidly responded and immediately sent a replacement order without me having to jump through any hoops or wait to see if the lost package became found. I've dealt with their service over email and phone and I am very happy with both channels.

I have made several orders with Parts Express. It is nice that you can call first (if you have questions) and get good advice from the team there. I have had fast shipping and well packaged items arrive with no issues. I recently ordered the little hybrid amp that they carry - Dayton Audio HTA20BT. I ordered some replacement tubes from another site and that little amp rocks the house! For the tube amp purist it is not a true tube amplifier. I understand that, however, it really works great. I have several other "Made in China" hybrid amps and the one from Parts Express is quickly becoming my favorite the more time I get on it. I am using a nice TEAC CD player with a Bur-Brown DAC and that feeds through the amp to Klipsch Industrial La Scala speakers. Sounds amazing. The speakers are in the corners in the pictures. I will buy from them again. I like to check their clearance section often also.

I have done business with Parts Express for over thirty years. Their products generally exceed expectations (with rare exceptions) and are almost always a great value. Customer service and technical support are the best in the business. I have found them to be caring experts. Though their fixed shipping rate for products under $100 often makes lower-priced items not cost effective, I often recommend Parts Express to others.

Extremely affordable soldering equipment, I’ve had my DSDS station for almost a year, I’ve had to replace the desoldering gun but I use it daily. With some light maintenance the equipment really stands out compared to more expensive stations from Hakko. Just wish they moved into more electronic components like quantum sensors so they could be a one stop shop! Very grateful to have a local option for supplies.

Have been a big fan of Parts Express for many years. I live near it and am very disappointed as an AV contractor that the store front has closed. I understand it may not run enough volume but something like a local will call pickup for us local guys would be perfect. Maybe some coded lockers like other suppliers. If there is no local option there isn't much incentive to ensure we're finding it from Parts Express vs any others. It just becomes a price and availability game.

I had a really good experience with Parts Express. I found what I wanted for a great price and saved on shipping by selecting in-store pickup. I called ahead to ensure my order was ready, since I don't head to that part of town very often. The staff were all very helpful and had my order ready to go when I arrived. They even loaded it in my car for me. Five stars. Would purchase from here again.
